Happy to see you here! My name is Emma Giner and I am an expert in creating multicultural teams in VUCA environments. I’ve been gaining experience for more than 20 years in top level fashion companies.

I started in Mango in 1996 working directly in the field, as an International Trainer, where I contributed to the brand’s development in Asia and Europe.

In 2001 I joined the Inditex Group, where I was working in different positions: as Learning & Development Manager for Oysho and Massimo Dutti, as Corporate Global Development Director for the whole group (based in Arteixo’s head office) and, from 2009 to 2016, for Massimo Dutti as International HR Director.

I have had the honour of implementing successful, high-impact projects together with my team (practically family!) made of up to 20 different nationalities in cities such as Shanghai, Moscow, New York, Paris, Dubai, Mexico City, London and New Delhi.

In 2016 I launched my own project as a People & Organisation Shaker. I believe in a HR department that is as sexy as marketing and as agile as Scrum, which is part of the business operations, not just a back office team. I work together with organisations and their teams to help them positively shake up their status quo, empower their talent, make structures more agile and achieve extraordinary results.

I have enjoyed co-working with clients such as L’Oréal, Inditex, Coca-Cola and Euroleague Basketball.

Talking about lecturing, I am honoured to be part of the faculty of Human Sciences & Technology at the IE School in Madrid (Teaching Excellence Award 2019) and of the faculty of Modaes.

I really appreciate you visiting my website! I hope you like it!
