Book of the month.

The Age of Agile. Stephen Denning. When Yusuf Okucu recommended me this book, it was in my hands in a minute. Steve Denning is the author of titles such as The Leader’s Guide to Radical Management or The Leader’s Guide to Storytelling. He often writes in Forbes and he is one of the members of the Drucker Forum, as well as one of the top current knowledge leaders. Denning is a fan of deconstructing old management paradigms and he loves to apply a new narrative to business. At The Age of Agile, he explores Agile as a way to work which brings benefits to those who work, to organisations and to society. To Denning, Agile is the only way which enables a company (whatever size or sector) to flourish in that famous VUCA environment.
If Agile, at the moment, is not your everyday scenario, when you finish the book you might not be an Agile guru, but you will be able to distinguish a real Agile expert against a fake one. A must-read.
