No \u00e9s la primera vegada que recomano un llibre que, a la vegada, m\u2019ha recomanat en Yusuf Okucu <a href=\"\/?p=23764\">(fes click aqu\u00ed)<\/a>, que \u00e9s un pou de coneixements.<br \/>\nMolts de vosaltres sabeu que no faig servir mai la paraula \u201clideratge\u201d perqu\u00e8 se n\u2019ha abusat <!--more--> tant que al final est\u00e0 massa vinculada al concepte \u201chabilitats directives\u201d que em sona a cat\u00e0leg de cursos de l\u2019any 1995. Per a que una persona lideri no cal que dirigeixi ning\u00fa, ni tan sols que tingui un equip.<\/p>\n<p>El que he trobat molt interessant en el llibre de Marquet \u00e9s precisament el fet que, per a ell, el concepte \u201cleader\u201d \u00e9s all\u00f2 oposat a \u201cfollower\u201d, independentment de la posici\u00f3 dins la organitzaci\u00f3 (en el cas del llibre, un submar\u00ed americ\u00e0). Estem en un moment social (i, per tant, tamb\u00e9 empresarial) on l\u2019empoderament \u00e9s la \u00fanica soluci\u00f3 per a fer que les persones contribu\u00efm a fer que les coses passin. I empoderar-se vol dir agafar les regnes per a impactar positivament a tot all\u00f2 que ens envolta. Sense pensar de qui depenem, a qui reportem o quina \u00e9s la nostra job description (un altre concepte del segle XX).
