Per\u00f2 en una \u00e8poca on els aven\u00e7os cient\u00edfics assenyalen que els nascuts a partir del 2007 a pa\u00efsos com Fran\u00e7a o It\u00e0lia viuran 104 anys, la configuraci\u00f3 d\u2019all\u00f2 que actualment considerem la vida d\u2019un individu canvia completament. El nou entorn est\u00e0 marcat per l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de noves etapes vitals, transicions cont\u00ednues, una manera diferent d\u2019utilitzar el nostre temps, complexitat generacional, noves maneres de relacionar-se a la feina i a casa i, evidentment, un canvi de paradigma laboral. Les \u00e0rees d\u2019HR tradicionals tenen estructurats els seus programes tot basant-se en les tres etapes vitals que coment\u00e0vem al principi. I el mateix passa amb les pol\u00edtiques socials dels governs. Per\u00f2 \u00e9s obvi que, els nascuts despr\u00e9s del 85, enfoquen les seves vides d\u2019una manera m\u00e9s coherent amb el nou codi i que, aquells qui estem entre ells i els <em>baby boomers<\/em> (\u00e9s a dir, la generaci\u00f3 X), estem inc\u00f2modes mantenint un status quo heretat. Com indiquen els autors (tots dos professors a la London Business School): <em>\u201cA les empreses els agrada el conformisme. I els sistemes simples i previsibles s\u00f3n f\u00e0cils d\u2019implementar i de mantenir (&#8230;). Per\u00f2 la necessitat de l\u2019individu de tenir m\u00e9s flexibilitat i opcions provocar\u00e0 el col.lapse a les organitzacions obsessionades per tot all\u00f2 que \u00e9s sistem\u00e0tic i previsible\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The 100-year life<\/em> m\u2019ha resultat tan inspirador com les obres de Laloux o Bauman. \u00c9s impossible quedar-se indiferent despr\u00e9s de llegir-lo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 100-year life.
