James C. Hunter. <\/strong><\/em> Avui estic de <em>revival<\/em>. <em>La Paradoja<\/em> va ser una de les primeres obres de management que vaig llegir, fa m\u00e9s de 20 anys. El mes passat, arran de l\u2019entrevista amb en David Cantallops (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emmaginer.com\/ca\/7-minuts-amb-en-david-cantallops\/\">fes click aqu\u00ed<\/a>), varem rememorar aquest llibre, que durant anys <!--more--> i anys vaig recomanar a tots els equips amb qui vaig treballar.<\/p>\n<p>He fet servir incansablement els conceptes de poder, autoritat i lideratge que tan b\u00e9 es treballen en el llibre. Varen ser la base per a inspirar una din\u00e0mica que he fet a bona part de les sessions que management que he impartir a 4 dels 5 continents (em falta Austr\u00e0lia) i on, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de generacions, cultures, races, religions o sexe, sempre s\u2019arriba a les mateixes conclusions. En resum, <em>La Paradoja<\/em> va representar una gran font d\u2019inspiraci\u00f3 a les meves primeres passes desenvolupant equips. I continua mantenint la seva vig\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Avui, rellegint-la, em q\u00fcestiono m\u00e9s que mai per qu\u00e8 en espanyol el t\u00edtol es va traduir aix\u00ed. En versi\u00f3 original, el llibre es diu <em>\u201cThe Servant\u201d<\/em> (El Servent) perqu\u00e8 el focus central de l\u2019obra \u00e9s el <em>lideratge de servei (\u201cper a liderar cal servir\u201d<\/em>). \u00c9s curi\u00f3s que, per a traduir el t\u00edtol a l\u2019espanyol, als 90, els verbs \u201cliderar\u201d i \u201cservir\u201d associats ens portessin al concepte \u201cparadoxa\u201d. Reflexa el <em>mindset<\/em> d\u2019una \u00e8poca? D\u2019acord, s\u00f3c traductora i estic portant aquesta reflexi\u00f3 massa lluny.
