Me\u2019l va recomanar fa un temps en Reynaldo Perdomo, gran expert en Lean Manufacturing afincat a M\u00e8xic, i llegir-lo va ser revelador.<\/p>\n<p>El sentit com\u00fa \u00e9s l\u2019eix vertebrador del Lean. I tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s de l\u2019Agile, per m\u00e9s que alguns s\u2019entossudeixin a fer-lo dif\u00edcil o embolicat (quin sentit t\u00e9 desagilitzar l\u2019Agile?). En aquest llibre, el m\u00e9s complicat \u00e9s aprendre de mem\u00f2ria els 14 principis del model en japon\u00e8s. La resta, \u00e9s d\u2019una l\u00f2gica tan esclaridora que, un cop passem la darrera p\u00e0gina, ens preguntarem per qu\u00e8 no hem treballat sempre aix\u00ed i a qu\u00e8 esperem per a fer-ho.
