Laloux comparteix casos d\u2019\u00e8xit d\u2019entitats que han evolucionat fins a un estadi denominat \u201cTEAL\u201d, on autogesti\u00f3, integraci\u00f3 amb la demanda social, efici\u00e8ncia, sostenibilitat i resultats estan en l\u00ednia.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 TEAL no \u00e9s un model de ci\u00e8ncia ficci\u00f3 que arribar\u00e0 algun dia. \u00c9s un model per al nostre present.
